At the Regional Animal Protection Society Adoption & Education Centre, second chances begin. This is a place of hope and joy, where animals and people find one another and lifelong bonds are formed.
We open our doors to animals from every circumstance — surrendered pets, cats rescued from feral colonies, hoarding situations, and partner rescues. Many arrive ready for their forever homes. Others are gently socialized, cared for, and supported by our dedicated staff and volunteers until they’re confident and ready to thrive with a family. And for those who need a different path, our Cat Sanctuary provides loving, lifelong care.
What truly sets us apart is our promise: no animal is euthanized simply because they aren’t “adoptable.” Every animal is treated as an individual, with unique needs, personalities, and potential. Our adoption process is thoughtful and compassionate, always guided by what will help each animal live their happiest, healthiest life.
Some cats flourish with a feline friend by their side. Others prefer to rule their kingdom solo. We take the time to truly know each one — so we can match them with the home where they’ll belong.

ADOPTION FEES
* RAPS adopts kittens and cats in pairs whenever possible. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

* $250 each (Over one year old)

$375 pair (Over one year old)
KITTENS
* $325 each (Under one year old)

$487.50 pair (Under one year old)
