River Rock Casino Resort steps up for the animals AGAIN! A superb community partner to RAPS, the River Rock has donated significant funds — and that means more food and shelter for more animals, more spay and neuter procedures, reduced animal overpopulation and more animals in forever homes! Thanks Daniel Lay (River Rock’s Director of Operational Readiness & Projects, pictured with RAPS CEO Eyal Lichtmann) and the whole River Rock team!
