We’ve got new (human) faces at RAPS Animal Hospital and we’re introducing them to you! This week, meet Dr. Connor Ward, one of the newest veterinarians to join the community-owned hospital’s team!
Dr. Connor has a passion for small animal medicine, which he has honed in practice working in Scotland and England before moving to British Columbia. He believes strongly in the importance of building a trusting doctor-client relationship, and communication is of foremost importance to him.When he’s not helping save and improve the lives of animals, Dr. Connor is keeping busy canoeing, snowboarding, swimming, open-water diving, mountaineering, or trail-running with a canine companion. He also has a brown belt in Kodokan Judo, and played men’s football with the University of Glasgow Vet School. In the evenings, he’s at home spending time with his cat Crunch, a rescue from the RAPS shelter.
