Major changes have been taking place at a beloved cat welfare organization in Chilliwack, causing speculation and concern from its supporters. On Jan. 28, the Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven Society issued a statement announcing three new directors for their board, along with an “experienced organizational consultant,” Eyal Lichtmann.
